I was hanging out with a bunch of friends a few days ago doing some gaming and we had this 80s/90s rock station playing in the background.  Several good and long forgotten songs had played when suddenly I hear Nelson.  Doing their one song.  I actually surprised myself at how suddenly and violently I reacted to having that long buried memory dug up for fresh reflection.  Eesh.  So while drawing this, I imagined Alan hearing an elevatorized version of "(Can’t Live Without Your) Love and Affection."  Thus the painful expressions.

And after that last panel I imagined Alan having a harassment lawsuit filed against him.

Someday someone should release an album where every single song contains part of the title in parentheses.  I would find that humorous.

Time to start counting down shopping days.  Ugh.

If I wasn’t fortunate enough to be surrouned by EXTREMELY talented and loving womenfolk on Thanksgiving, this is what it would be like for me.  Here’s to the ladies!!

My good friend Chris Morton sent me a comic several days ago and said I could use it as a guest comic if I get in a pinch.  Well, I’ve been pretty dang sick for the past few days and now my scanner’s kaput, so I’m going to go ahead and use it.  :)  Thanks for the life-saver, Chris!!

The ever-popular don’t-break-my-friend’s-heart-or-I’ll-murderize-you speech.

These little messages are getting pretty popular from Guild Wars to Wii Sports.  Well, the ones similar to the first panel, anyway.  The rest is sort of an embellishment.  BUT…what if developers had an ulterior motive?  Hmmmm…

Especially Monday mornings.  Come on, you know you’ve wondered if it was happening like this to you!

Remember that song from the early 90’s…  From that one TV show….  How do you talk to an angel…  Yeah I’m gunna have that stuck in my head now.
